Lowrey's Roofing

We are a family owned, 3rd generation roofing firm, covering the entire Greater Ottawa area since 1935.

Our business was founded by Gerry Lowrey, after his retirement from the Ottawa Senators hockey team. While his professional hockey career kept him busy travelling, he was also a father to 7 children at home and his son, Peter, worked with his dad for decades before becoming president of the business in the 1970s.

Peter fathered 4 girls, and while none of them chose to become roofers, his youngest daughter married Joseph (Joe) O'Leary who has been with Lowreys for almost 25 years and is now owner/manager.

There are four young children in the O'Leary household, and Joe expects that at least one of them will become a 4th generation member of the Lowrey's team.
