Bishop Deborah Vaughan has been officiating at weddings for more than 25 years. With a background as an Anglican priest, she is now the Presiding Bishop of the Community Catholic Church of Canada and also officiates at a rural United Church. Deb is sensitive to the rainbow of faiths, traditions, spiritualities and personal wishes that will make your wedding meaningful and memorable. Every wedding is customized for the couple.

Whether you wish to have a civil ceremony, elopement, spiritual, religious or theme weddings - Deborah will work with you to create the perfect celebration for your Special Day.

Small weddings of up to 10 people and elopements are accommodated here at Holy Angels' Chapel or Promises Garden setting. Weddings can be arranged at short, notice seven days a week. Just bring the license and the ring! We can even arrange witnesses.

Deborah is on the officiant lists of the finest hotels and inns in the region and travels throughout Niagara and the GTA to officiate at your location.

Onsite weddings begin at $175 and location weddings begin at $275.
